COVID-19 UPDATE
Some deliveries may experience delays, thank you for your patience.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 outbreak many courier companies have changed their delivery policies to implement a process of 'contactless' deliveries.  Where a courier would normally require a signature we have been advised they may now;
  1. Knock on the door
  2. Step back 2m, to comply with social distancing guidelines
  3. When the door is answered, they will ask your name, which will be recorded instead of your signature
  4. If the door is not answered, they will leave a 'Card to Call' as per normal procedure.

    SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
    New Zealand-wide shipping fees:
    • Small Item Shipping & Handling - $10.00
    • Large Item Shipping & Handling - $16.50 

    Australia-wide shipping fees:
    • Small Item Shipping & Handling - $25.00
    • Medium Item Shipping & Handling - $38.00
    • Large Item Shipping & Handling - $50.00

     

    DELIVERY
    We do not ship outside New Zealand & Australia. As we ship by courier we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 working days. If you haven’t received your order in 10 days feel free to contact us or call Allsports Distribution during business hours on 07 377 1033 or email orders@allsports.co.nz PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to sell Hoka One One shoes to be delivered to Australia. For Australian sales please refer to www.hokaoneone.com.au
